To locate the Kiuyoyou Shrine, navigate to the coordinates -1106, 2087, 0104 situated in the Rowan Plain, north of Central Hyrule. Unlike certain Shrines in Tears of the Kingdom, reaching it will not be a complex task. Upon entering the Shrine, you will encounter a gate and a button positioned on the left side of the room, a sizable ice block located towards the center, and jets of flame on the right side. It is worth noting that Link’s weight alone is insufficient to activate the button, and the ice block cannot fit into the slot in its current state due to its size.

To open the gate, employ Ultrahand to move the block nearer to the flames until it partially liquefies and becomes small enough to fit in the slot. You will notice that the flames are actually obscuring the target on a separate, larger button. However, the block of ice melts before it can depress the button. This aspect will become significant later on. But for now, position the diminished block on the smaller button to unlock the gate.

As you enter the adjacent room, you will notice the bonus chest cleverly hidden on the left side, slightly out of reach for climbing. On the right, there is a gentle breeze that can carry you across the room and into the next section. Utilize your paraglider to gracefully soar upwards and traverse the room, leading you to a significant stone panel positioned alongside another dispenser that releases ice-blocks directly above a series of fiery jets.

Utilize Ultrahand to grab the stone slab and reposition it in a way that obstructs the flames from reaching the designated area where the ice block will be placed. As the ice block descends, raise the slab slightly to allow some fire to come into contact with the block, melting it to a manageable size for climbing. Subsequently, move the ice block away from the flames and slide it down the ramp to be used for accessing the bonus chest. Wait for another ice block to fall, remove it from the fire, and affix the stone slab onto its top. Carefully slide this contraption down the spiked slide and utilize Glide to meet it at the bottom.

In order to obtain the bonus chest, place your slightly smaller block of ice on the bottom of the first ledge located in front of the chest. Ascend onto that ledge, then utilize Ultrahand to elevate the block to your current level. Proceed by climbing the block again to reach the summit and acquire your Zonaite Spear.

Feel free to grab the block connected to the slab and ensure that it is aligned with the slab while it rests horizontally on top. Carry this over to the descending jets of fire, use the slab to shield the flames, and release it. As the block falls, it will press the button and unlock the ultimate gateway to the statues. Go forth, brave adventurer, and seize your well-deserved Light of Blessing.
